My brother, having lived in Buffalo, is a wings connoisseur.  I love ordering wings at restaurants, but after a conversation with him over (you guessed it, wings), he told me how to make wing sauce like the restaurants do.  And it was quite easy!  Just some Frank's Red Hot with butter, cook the wings, soak, and voila!
