I fell in love with this scene in the 1990 classic Goodfellas, which, IMHO, is one of the finest scenes of food porn out there.   I had made chicken cutlets before, but had never taken the step and turned them into parmigiana.  This Valentine's Day, I cooked a meal for that special someone, me.  Here's the progress, as portrayed through this photo story.  As for the tortellini, I'll plug Vace, a true Italian deli on DC's Connecticut Avenue, for their freshly made pasta.  Here's the recipe I used.
